食品机械是指把食品原料加工成食品(或半成品)过程中所应用的机械设备和装置。食品机械主要可以分为食品加工机械、包装设备两大类

食品加工机械
包括筛选与清洗机械、粉碎与切割机械、搅拌均匀与均质机械、成型机械、分离机械、 蒸发与浓缩机械、干燥机械、烘烤机械、冷冻机械、挤压膨化机械、输送机械等。
包装机械
包括包装设备、包装印刷机械、包装容器制造机械、包装材料加工机械等。

我国现阶段食品加工机械不断升级进化，实现了全自动化控制系统，如烘烤机械，通过PLC控制电磁阀中燃气进气，来控制烘烤的温度和时间；如啤酒制造过程中，通过PLC或者DCS来控制电动调节阀流量大小来控制原料的流量和水的配比，实现了部分自动化控制需求。

At present, China's food processing machinery has been continuously upgraded and evolved to realize a fully automated control system, such as baking machinery, which controls the temperature and time of baking by controlling the gas intake in the solenoid valve; for example, in the beer manufacturing process, through PLC or The DCS controls the flow rate of the electric regulating valve to control the flow rate of the raw material and the water ratio, and realizes some automation control requirements.
